We were excited to receive the phone call the winners get this evening. Ben tied for first place with the Liszt.
There were two first place and two second place winners. West was not feeling her best today because she has a cold. She played well especially considering how she was feeling, but she didn’t place among the winners.
This year unlike in previous years we weren’t allowed to watch – only the judges were allowed in the room. However, one of the judges kindly used our mini-recorder to record the performances for us. Hopefully Steve will have time to put them on his site soon.
