Love is the most excellent way

The first sectionals for the string orchestra Ben and Esther are in were last night. This year Ben is leading the first violin sectionals and Esther is leading the second violin sectionals – pretty neat.

I played in the orchestra for a couple of years but I’m going back to being a ‘parent supporter’ rather than ‘orchestra member’ this year. One reason I joined was so I could sit by Esther so she’d feel more comfortable about being in it. Now she’s leading the second violins that’s not an issue!
